The nausea had finally subsided after week 18, so I was feeling pretty good. Spending 10 weeks feeling like you just took ten shots of tequila the night before is a great way to cultivate a deep gratitude for finally NOT feeling that way. Even though I haven't had any alcohol to drink while pregnant, I felt so exceptionally hungover during those first four months that I declared to Bill on several occasions that I was never going to drink again. (I knew it wasn't true each time I said it, but empty threats were my only recourse at that point.)

How cute are you, Ms. Lauren!
ReplyDelete"I'm NEVER drinking again!" If I had a dollar for every time I heard that phrase uttered or uttered it myself, I'd be a rich woman! So glad to see a baby belly photo. Looking good Momma!
